Shipping & Returns



Orders over $75 ship FREE and all others are a flat rate fee of $5. At present, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States, through USPS priority mail service. Orders most often ship the same day they are placed if done before 2:00 pm CST, and take 2-5 business days once shipped.  Please keep in mind that processing time may vary by location and by time of year as holiday shipping can be delayed.


When you're happy, we're happy! Therefore, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know! You can call us at 601-919-2442 or email For local customers, returns are accepted for Store Credit Only. For orders placed outside of our area, we offer FREE return shipping on exchanges and on store credits. Return shipping for refunds will be a flat rate of $5 and will be deducted from your refund total. The only returns that we can not approve are those of items that do not comply with the requirements explained below.  

         What items qualify for a return or exchange?

    • Items in their original condition: no signs of wear or washing, scent & smoke free, stain & spot free, undamaged, with tags attached
    • Regular priced items. Clearance items are final sale. 
    • Shoes returned in their shoe boxes and that have been placed inside another box or wrapped in brown shipping paper. 
    • Refund requests made to expired credit cards will be issued in the form of a store credit.
    • Items received as a gift are eligible for store credit. Contact us at 601-919-2442 or email to get your gift return underway.

What items are final sale?

    • Clearance items.
    • Jewelry, handbags, hair accessories, hats, & lingerie.
    • Original shipping fees are not-refundable.

        How long do I have in order to qualify for a return/exchange?

    • Return items will be accepted within 30 days of the original shipping date. Late returns will be refunded the original payment amount minus a 40% restocking fee.

What do I do if my order is wrong or if I received a damaged or defective item?

     We suggest our customers try on and inspect their items upon receiving them as we do ask that you notify us within 5 business days of a missing/wrong item, or damaged/defective item. You can call us at 601-919-2442 or email if you have any questions at all.
